Amendments to your Booking
Very occasionally we may need to cancel your Booking. In such circumstances we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. We will, however, use reasonable endeavours to try and re-locate any confirmed Booking cancelled by us to an alternative location similar in standard to The Hideaway Pods
Your booking is for a class of pod and does not guarantee that you will be able to stay in a specific pod or in the same pod for the duration of your stay.
Cancellation Policy
A £100 per pod, non-refundable deposit is needed at the time of booking, this goes towards the cost of your pod. Any cancellations made less that 72 hours before the date of arrival will be charged the full amount for the pod. If more than 3 week's notice is given, should you wish to change the date of your stay, we will use this non-refundable deposit to hold your new dates. Should you cancel your booking at any time or change the date with less than 3 week's notice, the deposit will go towards financing the work that goes into finding a replacement and/or covering some of the loss should a replacement not be found.
Damages and Limitation of Liability
All damages must be paid for in full (including specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
The Hideaway Pods will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left onsite.
Accessibility
Please contact 07785116774 or 07934072823 or email info@thehideawaypod.co.uk to discuss specific individual requirements and the availability of appropriate accommodation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Children
All members of the booking must be aged 14 or over as this is an adult only glamping site.
Availability of Facilities
At certain times, facilities may become unavailable due to maintenance, adverse weather conditions or other reasons beyond our control. We will attempt to keep all guests informed of these circumstances when possible.
Parking
We have ample parking onsite. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to cars or property however caused.
Guest Behaviour
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property, its employees, guests, neighbours and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the pods, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. Please keep outside noise to a minimum after 11pm. Do not use the hot tub jets or play music outside after 11pm.
Smoking
Guests are not permitted to smoke in pods under any circumstances.
Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcomed, however we must be informed of any animals you are planning to bring prior to your arrival. We know dogs, so know that a “no dogs on the sofa” rule is unrealistic. If you suspect your furry friend can’t resist a bit of sofa time, please use the paw print blankets provided to cover the furniture. We ask that pets do not go on the beds.
Force Majeure
The Hideaway Pods will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, failure of electric power, gas, water, or any collapse of building structures.
Coronavirus
In the event of nationwide or local Coronavirus restrictions, we will offer booking flexibility but are unable to offer refunds. Should guests be unable to visit due to having Coronavirus, please see the cancellation policy above.
